Who this is for
Engineering managers, team leads and heads of engineering at startups, scaleups and small software companies in and around Copenhagen.
We keep the room narrow on purpose. Someone running four engineers and someone running four managers have almost nothing to trade. A group where everyone recognises the situation being described is worth more than a group where everyone is impressed by it. If you spend your week on hiring, one-to-ones, delivery, and the thing your CEO said on Friday, you're in the right room.
What we value
- Discussion over solutions. The thinking is the point. Nobody leaves with an action item, and nobody is expected to have the answer.
- Depth over coverage. Three topics properly beats twelve superficially. We'd rather run out of time than run out of interest.
- Trust over competition. We hire from the same pool and some of us chase the same customers. None of that comes into the room, and nothing said here leaves it.
What we're not
Not a recruiting event. Not a vendor pitch. Not a stage. No sponsors buying airtime, no talks that are secretly about hiring. Whoever hosts gets five minutes to say hello. That's the whole deal.
